What are cookies?

a) using Google Chrome:
1) Open the browser menu in the top right.
2) Select "More tools".
3) Select "Clear browsing data".
4) In the dialog box that appears, select the checkboxes for "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files".
5) Select "the beginning of time" from the menu at the top to delete all data.
6) Click "Clear browsing data".
