Build and develop settlements in high mountains! Carefully plan production chains and satisfy the needs of your society composed of three castes. Meanwhile, face mountain threats such as sudden weather changes and avalanches. Do you have what it takes to create a suitable place to live for your people?
Laysara: Summit Kingdom is a challenging city builder in which you must build a new home for your inhabitants after the valleys became uninhabitable. In campaign or sandbox mode, you will establish a series of cities, each on a different mountain with its own specifics. All your cities coexist in symbiosis and create a trade network that you can customize to your needs by returning to already built settlements and modifying them. The Kingdom of Laysara must be rebuilt!

BUILD ON THE MOUNTAIN
Each mountain represents a completely new challenge. Mountains differ in shape, distribution of vegetation levels, availability of resources, and weather conditions. Sometimes you will have large areas suitable for agriculture, especially in lower, forested areas. Other times you will have to rely on animal husbandry and mining valuable resources dangerously close to summit glaciers. If you desperately need some unavailable resource, you can always trade with other cities.
FACE THE AVALANCHES
One of the constant dangers you will face are massive snow avalanches. They cannot be stopped, but you can take necessary measures and be prepared. Afforestation of key areas creates natural barriers against avalanches, building special barriers allows you to redirect masses of snow, and controlled artificial triggering of an avalanche allows you to face it in a less destructive form. Create a thorough and reliable strategy, and you might be able to use the power of snow to your advantage. If you underestimate this danger, your city will be buried under tons of ice and snow!
CREATE A TRANSPORT NETWORK
What could be difficult about transporting resources from one place to another? Well, if goods must be transported to the opposite side of a mountain massif, several hundred meters higher, across canyons, chasms, rivers, and steep cliffs, it's quite a challenge. Creating a complex and well-thought-out transport network consisting of roads, bridges, and tunnels will be essential to ensure reliable supply chains. As the city's population grows, so will the demand for resources, so look for opportunities to further optimize and improve the transport network – whether through better road surfaces, advanced construction for vertical transport, or deploying indispensable yaks to help.
BUILD A CELESTIAL TEMPLE
If your city survives all mountain pitfalls, build efficient production chains and satisfy the needs of your inhabitants. Then only one thing remains: conquer the mountain peak! It won't be easy – first you will have to conquer the summit and then secure safe routes up for your carriers so they can transport enormous amounts of building materials there. However, beware of the weather at high altitudes, which is deadly unpredictable there. But the result is worth it – building a celestial temple is the ultimate act of human courage (and your logistical skills!) over the elements.
Final note: the game is a city builder in its purest form. Emphasis is placed on economy, resource management, and the struggle for survival in harsh terrain and weather conditions. Therefore, the game does not contain any combat elements.
