A powerful meteor has transformed the entire world, and the pink hero must return in Kirby and the Forgotten Land – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World, which is released today for Nintendo Switch 2. The title offers many improvements, including better graphics and faster frame rates, brand new Starry Stages, and three new Mouthful Modes.

Among the new features are:

• Discover Star-Crossed World: One day, Kirby sees a massive meteor fall from the sky, causing a strange volcanic island to emerge from the ocean. Now, Kirby must find the lost Starries and suppress the evil force within the meteor.
• Brand New Starry Stages: The mysterious power of the meteorite changes the world in many ways, and areas you knew like the back of your hand transform into new Starry Stages. Climb buildings, explore the seabed, create new paths out of nowhere, and much more. Thanks to the meteor's impact, players can discover various places that were previously inaccessible. But beware: the meteor's effects have strengthened the Beast Pack, and now familiar enemies appear in new forms along with new foes. Players can always tackle the new Starry Stages with a friend by their side.
• Three New Mouthful Modes: Inhale special items and watch Kirby transform and unlock new ways to explore. In Star-Crossed World, three new Mouthful Modes await you. Jump high to reach new places with Spring Mouth, easily climb vertical walls with Gear Mouth, and glide, spin, and jump down slopes with Sign Mouth.
• New Activities: Head to the Colosseum and participate in the most challenging tournament yet, where you'll face the biggest and baddest bosses in The Ultimate Cup Z EX in quick succession. Talk to the astronomer Waddle Dee in the town center and spend Starry Coins found within Starry Stages – specifically in the Gotcha Machine EX. Try to collect all the figurines!
• Enhancements for Nintendo Switch 2: Kirby and the Forgotten Land – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World takes advantage of the Nintendo Switch 2 console, offering players improved graphics and faster framerate.
